Return and Exchange Policy
You can make returns or exchanges via US Mail or UPS with an original www.thewritingpenstore.com packing sheet or online payment receipt within 14 days of purchase. Prior authorization from a representative of www.thewritingpenstore.com (Mile High Net Stores LLC) is required. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Opened items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%.  Return policy does not apply to custom imprinted items. Any shortages in shipment must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.  Other restrictions may apply. Approved returns may be shipped to:
